WARDROBE + STYLING GUIDE
Start with what you already love, add anything you want to try, and let us help you bring the whole look together.
COME AS YOU ARE
You can wear lingerie, a button-up shirt, a white sheet, a cocktail dress or your favorite pair of jeans. There is no required version of boudoir and no outfit you have to wear to belong here.
This guide is here to spark ideas and take some of the pressure off. Bring what feels like you. We will help choose the strongest pieces, build each look and guide you through every part of the session.

PACKING YOUR BAG
You are not expected to arrive with everything figured out. Bring options and we will narrow them down together.
Choose something casual or cozy, something that feels confident, and one look that pushes you just a little.
If you can move naturally and stop adjusting it, it is probably a stronger choice than something fashionable that never feels right.
Sit, stand, bend and move in every piece. Leave enough time to exchange anything that pinches, gaps or shifts.
Do not eliminate an outfit because you are unsure. Put it in the bag and let us help you decide once we see everything together.

START WITH A FEELING
You can choose one direction or bring a little of everything. Your session does not have to stay inside one mood.
BUILD YOUR LOOKS
Open anything you are curious about. Skip anything that does not feel like you.

START SOMEWHERE COMFORTABLE
You do not have to begin in lingerie. Some of our favorite sessions start with something familiar and let the mood build from there.
A button-up can feel relaxed, personal and completely natural. Wear it closed, let it fall from one shoulder or bring your partner’s favorite shirt and make the look mean something.
A dress is a beautiful way to ease into your session. It gives us a polished first look, then creates a natural transition as the session becomes softer and more intimate.
Loose, fitted, long-sleeved or barely there. A crop top gives you a casual option that can feel playful without feeling like too much.
Jeans bring an easy, real-life energy to the session. Pair them with a bra, bodysuit, crop top or nothing underneath. They are simple, familiar and easy to make your own.
A robe gives you movement, coverage and plenty of ways to change the look without changing the outfit. Satin, lace, sheer or cozy all work differently, so bring what feels most like you.
Soft, cozy and quietly sexy. A sweater gives your hands something natural to do and lets you decide how much skin you want to show as we ease into the session.
A favorite tee can be just as good as lingerie. Keep it simple, keep it personal and let us turn an everyday piece into something completely different.

CHOOSE WHAT FEELS GOOD ON YOU
The best piece is not the trendiest one. It is the one that fits well, stays where it should and lets you stop thinking about it once the camera comes out.
If you only add one new piece, start here. Bodysuits and teddies come in countless cuts and coverage levels, photograph beautifully and give us plenty of variety from one look.
High-waisted bottoms create a defined waist and can feel secure while still showing plenty of shape. Try different rises and leg openings until you find the one that feels right on your body.
A structured piece adds shape and drama. Make sure you can breathe, sit and move comfortably in it before your session. Looking incredible matters, but feeling comfortable enough to move matters too.
A halter or high-neck style brings detail up toward your face and gives you a little more coverage while still feeling bold and intentional.
Black is timeless, but you are not limited to black. Florals, texture, rich color and small patterns can bring a look to life. Bring a few options and we will help choose what works best with the setting and light.

THE DETAILS CHANGE THE WHOLE LOOK
One small addition can take the same outfit from soft to bold. You do not need all of these. Choose the details that make the look feel finished to you.
Cowboy boots, tall boots or something with a little edge can completely change the energy of a look. Pair them with lingerie, denim or a dress and let them become part of the story.
Heels add length and change the lines of a pose, even when you are lying down. Bring a pair that fits securely and that you can stand in comfortably for a few minutes at a time.
Fishnets add texture and edge. Bring them if they feel like you; leave them home if they do not. They work especially well with simple lingerie, boots or heels.
A garter belt adds detail and creates a more finished, dressed-up look. If you are not sure how everything connects, bring it with you. We will help you put the pieces together.
Thigh-high stockings can add elegance, texture or a little vintage feeling. Check the product’s size chart and move around in them at home so you know they will stay comfortably in place.
The right jewelry can finish a look, but too much can pull attention away from you. Choose a few simple pieces or one meaningful statement piece and bring options.

MAKE IT MEAN SOMETHING
The strongest outfit is sometimes the one connected to a real part of your life. Bring the pieces that carry a memory, a relationship or a side of you we should not leave out.
A bridal look can be soft, playful or dramatic. White lace, satin, a veil, a robe or wedding-day details can create something personal without making the session feel like a costume.
A garter is a small bridal detail that photographs beautifully. Bring it with your other wedding pieces and we can decide where it fits naturally into the story.
If a sport, team or hobby matters to you, bring something connected to it. A fitted tee, hat, jacket or piece of equipment often photographs better than an oversized jersey, but bring the jersey too and we will look at every option together.
A themed look can be incredible when it still feels like you. Tell us the idea before the session so we can help shape the wardrobe, setting and details without letting the theme take over the photos.
If glasses are part of how you see yourself, bring them. They can add personality and give us a quick change in mood without changing anything else.

YOU DO NOT NEED MUCH
Some of the most memorable portraits come from taking things away, not adding more. These looks keep the attention exactly where it belongs: on you.
The white-sheet look is soft, timeless and surprisingly covered. It can create the feeling of being completely bare while revealing only what you are comfortable showing.
A ponytail or loose updo changes the entire line of your neck, jaw and shoulders. Bring a tie and a few pins so we can create a second look without changing your outfit.
